Great web design starts with a thoughtful sense of purpose. I work with my clients to understand a business' particular needs and set a path toward communicating the right message.
Good site design aligns the elements of layout, color scheme, font, images, and copy, which come together to create a site that is visually appealing, on-brand, and furthers concrete business goals.
Proper brand management sends a consistent and powerful message to the user, increasing trust and desirability.
I create websites with straightforward organization and navigation, and simple but powerful aesthetics to move the user through the site purposefully.
Even when they're small, logos pack a big punch. An effective logo is simple, highly recognizable, and conveys a sense of your brand.
With 9 years of experience as a marketing director, I know that a website has to do more than just look great. I design and develop websites that promote trust, emotional connection, and ease of use while conforming to the brand. Well-established design principles guide my use of images, copy and layout. And I’m a stickler for clean code.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University, and a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from Ben Gurion University. I am a graduate of The Flatiron School Web Development Intensive program. I’ve done coursework in Brand Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), as well as extensive coursework in Landscape Design at the New York Botanical Gardens.
When I’m not designing and developing websites, I am cooking elaborate meals, reading, or navigating New York City’s mean bike lanes.
